About Beth

As a Realtor with Home Towne Realty Clayton East, I serve the Triangle area and Eastern North Carolina. Being a realtor and an ambassador for North Carolina is my passion. I cover a large geographic area from Durham County, where I was born and raised, to Wake, Johnston, and Wilson counties where I have lived and worked all of my life. As a realtor, it’s important for me to develop a relationship with my clients, making sure they achieve their goals and always putting their best interests first. My 20 plus years of experience has lead me to follow these core principles: Connect, Care and Community.

Whether assisting a first time home buyer, or someone new to the area, buyers can be assured I’ll be there to guide them through the process and negotiate on their behalf. I listen closely to their needs and ask important questions to develop a unique buyer profile. Using the profile, their budget and my extensive knowledge of the area, we can find their dream home. Selling a home can be a stressful time. My experience allows me to offer clients a step by step system that significantly reduces their stress. In preparation for the initial listing appointment, I preform an in depth market analysis of their home, and develop targeted strategies that fit the current market. We will discuss any needed enhancements or repairs necessary to maximize the value of their home. I showcase the home using top notch photographers and social media advertising to maximize exposure and ensure a successful sale. Putting your best interest first is not a slogan to me. It’s how I run my business. Throughout every transaction, I use my proven negotiating skills on your behalf. I can give you plenty of individual attention because I am backed by a team that includes my assistant, who stays on top of the details, and a large database of resources for my clients that includes lenders, inspectors, repair contractors, and the entire Home Towne Realty family. 98% of my business comes from referrals which is a testament to my client satisfaction.
