About Nalda
After moving from Jamaica to Miami and starting a family with her husband Wayne, multiple corporate relocations eventually led themto settle in Clayton, N.C. 2010.
From the very beginning, Nalda’s value-added-services included hands-on home staging help at no additional cost to her clients. Staging, decor, and design, have always been an enjoyable creative outlet and these talents, skills, and interests, have served her well as she bought and sold her personal homes over the years. In 2020 she received her Certified Staging Advocate (CSA) designation with RESA (Real Estate Staging Association) because, "I have a strong conviction that visual presentation is a vital component when marketing any property, especially in an era where most home searches begin online. However, being a Real Estate Agent is more than listing and showing houses or completing paperwork," she says. "It is truly a personal mission and highcalling which drives me to go the extra mile in helping my clients navigate what is often times a stressful life-event."
